The Lead Generation Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving Duliban Insurance Brokers’ sales and marketing efforts. They are responsible for developing and implementing lead generation focused marketing strategies that attract and engage clients through various digital channels. The key metrics for this role are monthly lead counts, sales, and campaign performance.

Responsibilities
  • Strategize, develop, and execute comprehensive lead-generation marketing plans that include paid advertising campaigns and content creation. Platforms include Google, Microsoft, Reddit, Meta and Linkedin.
  • Manage the lead aggregators (webrater, ratehub, lowestrates), working on optimizing the flow of customers and ensuring they are functioning to the best of their ability.
  • Prepare research before launching campaigns, as well as analyzing the effectiveness against company goals after launch based on data driven insights.
  • Manage the Duliban customer referral program from start to finish, including shipping, reporting, and optimization.
  • Design and implement marketing strategies for client engagement, including email campaigns, newsletters, billboards, direct mail campaigns.
  • Manage lead aggregation tools, workflows, and optimization for lead generation.
  • Zoho and Pathway sales communication workflow management and optimization for lead generation.
  • Optimizing customer journey from lead to customer.
  • Implementation to reporting of website AB testing for page optimization and lead generation.
  • Keep up to date on industry digital marketing trends, prepare pitches on new experiments to generate leads.
  • Review and update website with new engaging content to build our SEO program
  • Update scorecards and reports as needed.
  • Review data platforms (Meta, AHREFs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Zoho) to understand the consumer and make strategic decisions based on results that directly benefit lead generation and sales.


Requirements

Skills & Qualifications 
• 1-3 years of experience in Managing PPC Advertising Campaigns
• 1-3 years of experience in Conducting Research, Analysis, and Reporting with tools such as Google Analytics, AHREFs, SEMRush, Search Console, and Zoho
• 1-3 years of experience in Developing and Reporting on Email Marketing Campaigns (from concept to execution)
• At least one year experience in Website A/B Testing and Optimization for Lead Generation using WordPress
• At least one year experience in Managing Referral Programs and Improving Customer Retention Strategies
• At least one year experience in Design and Editing Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Suite
• Experience with Zoho CRM and Pathway Software
