As a Personal Lines Junior Account Producer you will be responsible for providing professional and exceptional service to prospective clients during the quoting and binding process of new business for Personal Lines. This position will be required to facilitate, solicit, and establish new client relationships through online opportunities and other specific lead sources. You will provide real time insurance quotes to potential prospects to secure their insurance needs.
Primary Responsibilities
• Proactively prospect, solicit, quote, and secure new Personal Lines business
• Manage incoming quote opportunities from online leads and other defined sources
• Accurately update and maintain records in the CRM and BMS in real time for all client interactions
• Prepare and present insurance quotes and detailed proposals, ensuring coverage options are clearly explained and tailored to client needs
• Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate guidance on coverage options across various insurance providers
• Ensure compliance with underwriting authority, carrier requirements, and brokerage guidelines
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of personal lines insurance products
• Proficiency with industry-related software and digital tools
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Confident and professional communication skills, particularly over the phone
• Patient, enthusiastic, and dedicated to delivering excellent client service
• Minimum of 1 year of insurance industry experience required
• Sales experience is considered an asset
• Active RIBO license in good standing (required)
• CAIB designation or actively working towards completion is an asset
