About Jumeirah Zabeel Saray
Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is an exclusive beachside resort located in the west crescent of Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. Inspired by the palaces of the Ottoman Empire, the resort is home to the award-winning Talise Ottoman Spa, a curated selection of restaurants, and family-friendly experiences. Guests can also enjoy water sports, with a private jetty offering shuttle boat transfers to and from the mainland of Dubai.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager of Human Capital to join Human Capital team for Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Drive continuous improvement, leadership development, and productivity across departments through effective HR initiatives and collaboration.
- Manage HR budgeting, reporting, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate monitoring of P&L and strategic resource allocation.
- Champion employee engagement, recognition, and development through training, performance management, and talent programs aligned with Jumeirah’s culture.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, UAE labor laws, and internal standards while maintaining strong communication, colleague well-being, and workplace quality.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or any other relevant field
- Professional qualifications/certification in field of Human Resources Management.
- MBA or other post graduate education in the related area.
- Level A and B qualified in British Psychological Society
- Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Advanced)
