About The Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an Intern to join Sales and Marketing in Jumeirah Living World Trade Center. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Provide accurate information on room types, rates, availability, packages, and policies.
Process, modify, and cancel reservations in the system while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing guest needs, concerns, and special requests.
Support the sales team in promoting offers, packages, and seasonal promotions to increase revenue.
Participate in upselling activities to maximize sales opportunities.
Assist in preparing sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and reports.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Analytical focus with strong quantitative skills
Experience of creating annual marketing plans
Understanding of ROI calculations and methodologies
