About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Front Desk Manager to join Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:  

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest profiles and history records, including preferences and special requests, to ensure personalized guest experiences.

  • Coordinate with all departments to communicate guest requirements prior to arrival, overseeing VIP preparations, room readiness, and amenity arrangements.

  • Ensure a warm and professional welcome for all guests through courtesy calls, lobby presence, and special services for VIP and suite guests.

  • Oversee the timely delivery and quality of VIP amenities, long-stay guest touches, and guest cocktail arrangements in collaboration with relevant teams.

  • Supervise Guest Relations and Guest Services teams, remaining visible and accessible to in-house guests to gather feedback and uphold service standards.

 

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Front Office or Guest Relations within a luxury or upscale hospitality environment.

  • Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to support and motivate front desk teams.

  • Highly guest-focused, with a demonstrated ability to manage VIP guests and resolve issues professionally.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; additional language skills are highly desirable.
