The Chief Client Office (CCO) is focused on providing consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success. The Impact you will have in this role:
 

Being a member of the Marketing & Communications team, a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst will be a key member with responsibility for development and maintenance of front-end user interfaces on our public-facing websites. The ideal candidate will have the technical skills and experience necessary to build web pages and CMS templates and will have experience coding in front-end technologies such as html and JavaScript. Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Sitecore and Joomla is preferred.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with process the digital request & queue management to ensure tickets are completed on time which require prioritization of assignment.
  • Provide platform support across all digital platforms which includes gathering & writing requirements, functional testing, training & documentation, internal and external troubleshooting, resolve any technical issue with our partner agencies, interact with our cyber resiliency & data privacy professionals.
  • Provide support for digital platforms including websites, apps, microsite and product hubs, as well as the Martech stack, including applications such as CMS, Cookie Consent, SEO/SEM Tools, Analytics, social media, Intranet, Event Marketing tools, Digital Asset Management, workflow tools, etc. 
  • Assist in evolving and rationalizing the MarTech ecosystem, developing best practices and improved UX, content structure and usability.
  • Serve as support function for Paid Media and optimize the effectiveness from a ROI perspective (cost vs engagement). 
  • Experience with supporting SEO Programs both technical and content task to demonstrate progress and ROI.
  • Ability to lead small projects, work independently, be organized, communicate effectively, and manage their time appropriately and be familiar with the Agile framework.
  • Ability to embrace AI & Technology mindset ability to understand new technologies/capabilities and understand/envision how it can adapt to existing eco system.
  • Mitigates risk by following established procedures, identifying and mitigating key errors, improving efficiencies and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in User Journey, UI/UX Design, Front-end Development and proficiency in Content Management System.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Google cloud suite including Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 along with analytical mindset to understand metrics and capabilities for these tools. 
  • Some Experience in Social/Paid Media. 
  • Experience using Project Management Tools.

Talents Needed for Success:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in website management
  • Proficiency with web content management systems (CMS) platforms.
  • Strong communications skills to facilitate collaboration with internal partners and clients
  • Detailed oriented and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
