Responsibilities:
- Conduct senior-level engineering, operations research, and financial analyses to support Navy program decisions.
- Manage planning, submission, and execution tracking of annual program budgets.
- Perform cost and resource analyses to guide program prioritization and funding decisions.
- Advise leadership on performance metrics, efficiencies, and process improvements.
- Prepare concise reports and briefings on budget and program execution status.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a business or technical field.
- Ten (10) years or more of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
- Significant experience supporting U.S. Navy programs or operations.
- Experience with planning, submission, monitoring and reporting of annual budgets and execution.
The compensation range for this position: $70,969.60 - $90,155.52
