The role of Continuous Improvement Team Leader is to act as a business partner who works closely with Top and Middle Management, understand business priorities, proposes and implements improvement projects/initiatives which support successful achievement of DSV ISSC strategic goals and objectives.
Tasks and Responsibilities include:
- Cooperation with GBS units and teams and other process stakeholders,
- Track and report continuous improvement project
- Assist process transition to operations and participate in SLA review,
- Support the establishment and delivery of an operational excellence/ standard work program for GBS
- Designing, preparing and conducting continuous improvement methodologies training sessions
- Support in defining new KPIs for services provided by GBS and support in their implementation,
- Develop, implement and maintain reporting framework for business KPI metrics,
- Development, implementation and maintenance of the process maturity model of the organization (Maturity Matrix Model),
- Lead and Support the Lean QMS / Continuous Improvement team and others
- Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law
Our requirements:
- Higher education: Finance / Business Administration / Economics / Engineering
- Knowledge of English at C1 level
- Experience in working in an international corporation environment supported by a minimum of 5 years of professional practice
- Knowledge of the Ms Office
- Good organization skills of own and others work
- Implementation of new processes, improvements in processes
- Cooperation with people and effective motivation to self-development, considering the needs of the organization

What you'll do
