Zakres obowiązków
- Kontrolowanie oraz koordynacja przewozów międzynarodowych
- Monitorowanie operacji transportowych
- Informowanie kierowców i podwykonawców o szczegółach transportu (adres, rodzaj i ilość towaru)
- Rozwiązywanie problemów oraz tłumaczenie instrukcji pomiędzy podwykonawcami a DSV
- Szkolenia podwykonawców i ich kierowców, tłumaczenie instrukcji pracy
- Udział w procesach rekrutacyjnych zespołu operacyjnego
- Nadzór nad obiegiem i zapewnianie wysokiej jakości dokumentów
Wymagania
- Masz min. 2 lata doświadczenia w pracy na podobnym stanowisku
- Bardzo dobrze znasz język angielski (min. B1)
- Znasz język niemiecki lub rosyjski (dodatkowy atut)
- Posiadasz wiedzę na temat organizacji transportu krajowego i międzynarodowego
- Znasz procedury transportowe
- Jesteś zorientowany/a na rezultaty

What you'll do
