Twój zakres obowiązków:
- Bieżąca współpraca z agencjami pracy tymczasowej i dbanie o zapewnienie niezbędnej obsady, w oparciu o aktualne potrzeby operacyjne
- Tworzenie grafików pracy zespołu magazynowego
- Obsługa dokumentacji związanej z czasem pracy APT
- Przygotowywanie niezbędnych raportów i zestawień
- Kontrola stanów materiałów eksploatacyjnych potrzebnych do pracy magazynu i zapewnienie ich dostępności
- Nadzór nad obiegiem dokumentacji, w tym weryfikacja kosztów i faktur
Nasze wymagania:
- Doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku
- Swobodne posługiwanie się pakietem MS Office
- Doświadczenie w pracy z danymi (tabele przestawne, proste modele w Excelu)
- Efektywna komunikacja
- Samodzielność w działaniu
- Prawo jazdy kat. B
