Process Specialist – people, business processes and systems

Become a Process Specialist in the Process Development team within our European Control Tower (ECT), an ambitious and rapidly growing organization under DSV Road A/S. ECT manages complex transport tasks across Europe as part of the supply chains of DSV’s largest customers.

Help shape the Control Tower of the future

As our new Process Specialist, you will have an exceptional opportunity to join the journey. You will play a key role in driving the process as we implement an entirely new Control Tower platform. You will become part of a team responsible for translating business needs into concrete solutions that create value for both customers and the organization. Through close collaboration with colleagues and management in cross‑functional teams, you will work on designing and optimizing complex logistics systems so we can transform customer transport requirements into simple and effective solutions.

Your core tasks will include:

• Collecting and analyzing data for setup and configuration of the new Control Tower platform, including determining the most effective data collection methods based on platform requirements and implementation context.
• Preparing and presenting data-driven insights through clear presentations or visualizations tailored to support platform design decisions and facilitate understanding for stakeholders at all organizational levels during the build phase.
• Engaging with internal teams to understand their needs and process requirements, ensuring that data analysis directly supports the alignment of platform features with business and operational objectives.
• Deconstructing complex setups and process flows to provide a comprehensive overview, ensuring consistency and integration of platform functionalities across departments.
• Designing, documenting, and visualizing new platform processes to foster a shared understanding and collaborative approach.
  
  

We are looking for someone who:

• Thrives in a dynamic and changing environment and is motivated by building something new where your input matters.
• Is curious about colleagues, their tasks, and shaping processes that support both customer needs and DSV Road’s business.
• Works with a focus on end‑to‑end processes and can maintain an overview within a larger process landscape. You are motivated by working in depth with customer requirements, functional requirements, and process models.
• Thrives in a dynamic and solution‑oriented environment.
• Can work in a structured, independent manner and take responsibility for meeting agreed deadlines.

You have a higher education degree—at least at bachelor level and preferably at master’s level. It is an advantage (but not a requirement) if you understand supply chains, transport, and/or freight forwarding.

Additionally, we expect you to be able to communicate fluently (both orally and in writing) in at least Danish and English with colleagues and customers at multiple levels.

We tailor the introduction program and tasks to your experience, and training takes place continuously in close collaboration with colleagues. The most important thing is that you have the desire and ability to acquire new knowledge in a dynamic environment with ambitious goals.

While the role is primarily based in our office, some travel within Europe may be required.
