Twój zakres obowiązków:
- Analiza i kontrola KPI w trakcie zmiany
- Zbieranie, analiza i interpretacja danych produkcyjnych
- Wdrażanie narzędzi do monitorowania i raportowania wyników
- Identyfikacja możliwości usprawnienia procesów i rekomendowanie działań
- Planowanie i kontrola pracy Zespołu w trakcie zmiany
- Nadzór nad stanem technicznym środków transportu wewnętrznego oraz związaną z nimi dokumentacją w powierzonym obszarze aktywności
- Samodzielna obsługa podstawowych operacji systemowych WMS i rozwiązywanie związanych z nimi problemów
- Monitorowanie efektywności pracy
- Analizowanie i rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów
- Dbałość o bezpieczeństwo, porządek oraz wykorzystywany sprzęt
- Współpraca z innymi działami w oddziale
- Raportowanie
Nasze wymagania:
- Średniozaawansowana znajomość MS Excel (filtrowanie i sortowanie danych, tabela przestawna, poruszanie się po dużych zakresach danych)
- Mile widziana znajomość:
- WMS
- SQL
- Access, HTML, Visual Basic
- Doświadczenie i umiejętności w zarządzaniu zespołem
- Efektywna komunikacja interpersonalna
- Gotowość do pracy w trybie 2 zmianowym
- Zaangażowanie oraz nastawienie na realizację celów
- Zdolność do budowania efektywnych Zespołów i skutecznego motywowania
- Odporność na stres
- Chęć do zdobywania nowych umiejętności
- Motywacja do pracy zespołowej
