Interact with global customs people all over the globe and bring customs data into a global standard format. Collaborate with the local teams and ensure compliant handling of customs data for reporting and analytical purposes.

Work out solution to deliver customs data into a global platform. Workout and follow this plan how to onboard data from multiple country and different customs systems globally.

Your responsibilities:

• Global Customs knowhow and experience
• Manage our global Customs Data Project
• Planning onboardings of new customs systems to a global platform
• Following a global leadership approach and be part of a new young department
• Supporting a new global customs strategy
• Build a global customs data warehouse
• Check Customs data quality globally
• Connecting Customs data together from all over the globe
• Act as point of contact for the country heads to support onboardings of customs systems
• Merge of data from multiple System into a global solution
• Definition of SLAs together with all countries and follow a fixed plan
• Cloose cooperation with colleagues from all transportation business units (Road, Ocean, Air and contract logistics
• Maintain the solution and project if customs changes bringing impact
• Ensures all regional and local customs leaders are aligned
• Ensures regional leaders are supportive
• Error and escalation management
• Collaboration with Customs colleagues worldwide
• Act as primary contact for our global data base warehouse
• Understanding of technical data flows and logistical processes

Our requirements:

• Experience in the customs area
• Project Management capabilities and experience
• A good technical and integration understanding
• An end-to-end mindset
• Willingness to learn more about the customs area globally
• A “do” person with high level of accountability
