DSV Air & Sea  is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Freight Forwarder, Import Air in Perth.

The position is responsible for arranging and directing the transportation and shipment of import door consignments from origin to destination by compiling, completing and verifying required documents in accordance with company policy and procedure and external body regulations.

Your typical day at DSV:

• Manage end-to-end Import Air door consignments, ensuring shipments meet customer requirements, KPIs, and regulatory standards.
• Process import workflows in line with management directives, customer instructions, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Import Air team and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
• Plan and prioritise import shipments using the Import Workbench to meet milestones, deadlines, and customer expectations.
• Resolve import- and transport-related issues by liaising with airlines, cargo terminal operators, shipping lines, CFS stations, transport providers, and co-loaders.
• Accurately enter and maintain shipment, costing, and delivery data in CargoWise One (CW1), while supporting process improvements and assisting the Senior Team Lead and Manager as required.

About you:

• Experience in a similar import role within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Strong working knowledge of CargoWise One (CW1) and import documentation requirements.
• Process-driven with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Adaptable and resilient, with a desire to grow and develop in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
