Warehouse Associate Operator - 1st Shift

We're seeking a reliable team player to manage the delivery and retrieval of palletized materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll operate powered industrial trucks (stand-up, sit-down, and walk-behind), handle drums with precision, and use scanning equipment to ensure accurate inventory flow. Cleanliness and compliance are key—your workspace will reflect the highest GMP (General Manufacturing Procedures) standards. Your key responsibilities

 

  • Deliver and Retrieval of Palletized Materials to/from Production Environment. 
  • Ensure Safe Operation of Powered Industrial Trucks (Stand up/Sit down Fork   Truck and Walk Behind).
  • Ensure Safe Handling of All Motorized and Non-Motorized Drum Handling Equipment.
  • Use of Scanning Equipment.
  • Maintain Safe and Clean Work Area in Accordance with GMP (General Manufacturing Procedure).
  • Maintain work in a clean and neat manner and in accordance with GMP (General Manufacturing Procedure).

You bring

 

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Prior experience operating forklift
  • Knowledge of inventory and manufacturing
  • Minimum 1-3 years of inventory and chemical manufacturing
  • Knowledge of G.M.P’s (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Ability to be on your feet 60% - 90% of the day
  • Frequently move, lift, pull & push up to 50 lbs.

 

 

 

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $22.50.

 

 

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
