Are you passionate to lead the transformation of Learning by leveraging AI & system excellence to deliver personalized learning experiences? In this role you will enable us to deploy our virtual global learning curriculum, evaluate AI opportunities for tailored learning, and create a hub for all L&D offerings, integrating seamlessly with our existing platforms.

Your key responsibilities

•    Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions for personalized learning.
•    Configure recommendation engines and integrate emerging AI tools ethically.
•    Design engaging, accessible learning experiences using state of the art tools.
•    Deploy our virtual  global core curriculum with blended, AI-enhanced content (microlearning, simulations, adaptive quizzes).
•    Train learning coordinators to apply UDL principles, create multimedia assets, and experiment with AI prompting for content generation.
•    Partner with diverse stakeholder landscape in HR, Digital & Tech, HRE, GES, Purchasing, Communications, in our Business Units and vendors.

You bring

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s in Learning Technologies, AI, Data Science, or related field.
•    5+ years in L&D, instructional design, or learning technology roles.
•    Customer centric e2e way of working, communication excellence & ability to collaborate cross-functionally 
•    Familiarity with AI concepts (machine learning, NLP), frameworks and ethical AI principles as well as MS platforms and HRIS systems
•    Strong project management, Analytical & Impact-Oriented Thinking 
•    Preferably experience in global learning strategy and curriculum design.
