Regional Operations Sr. Director LATAM 
São Paulo - Brazil 

This role leads Premix and Market Ready Solutions (MRS) operations across Latin America, ensuring customer service excellence, quality and full compliance, translating business strategy into clear operational objectivesand enablers, driving manufacturing, quality, SHE & Security and third-party manufacturing (3PM), while defining the annual strategic operations plan, KPIs, production budget and CAPEX, accelerating transformation and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma). Acting as part of the regional and global leadership teams with close comunication  with Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, HR, Commercial, Marketing and key customers.

YOUR KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Lead and drive the regional Premix Operations organization, including 3 production locations and regional staff, including MRS (3rd Party Manufacturing)  ensuring customer service excellence through on-time, in-full delivery and full compliance with quality standards

• Responsible for Premix production, quality, safety and projects. Steers and sets priorities and standards towards Supply Chain, Purchasing for third party raw material and Formulation

• Translate business strategy into clear operational objectives, driving sustainable growth, efficiency, operational excellence and regional competitivenes

• Develop and implement regional operations, asset and maintenance strategies, effectively and transparently managing the CAPEX budget..Implement and maintain a strong SHE & Security culture and management system, based on company values and applicable legislation

• Build an engaged and inclusive organization, covering the necessary operations competences and a culture of continuous improvement. Act as a member of regional and global leadership teams, collaborating closely with Finance, Commercial, HR, Supply Chain and key customers.

YOU BRING 

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree, in engineering or food sciences with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in Operations

• Experience in feed/food, beverage or pharma industry, working with related industry quality systems

• Experience in implementing strategies and managing complex change and investment projects

• Leadership capability to lead a large organization, with strong people and coaching skills. Strategic thinking both in business and operational processes

• Strong knowledge and experience in operations, Order-to-Cash processes, quality, supply chain, third-party manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma).

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
