Minimum 8 years of experience in a technical laboratory environment, ideally with fat-soluble active ingredients and proven hands-on spray-drying expertise. Knowledge of formulation technologies (emulsification, milling, extrusion) and/or analytical devices (UV spectroscopy, DSC, rheology, colorimetry). Strong technical understanding, enthusiasm for lab equipment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexible, independent, collaborative, and highly organized with a solution-oriented mindset. Excellent English communication skills; German and experience in multinational, interdisciplinary environments are assets.
