YOU BRING Master's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or equivalent expertise gained through experience in a complex, fast-paced environment. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment within the food ingredients (flavors) industry - this is a must. Solid knowledge of manufacturing practices, process safety analysis, and job safety analysis. SAP knowledge is a plus, as well as certification in Six Sigma or experience with Lean methodology. Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Continuous improvement mindset; skilled at analyzing and solving problems while fostering collaboration. Autonomous and rigorous team player, with strong communication skills to interact across all levels of the organization, share information effectively, and deliver impactful presentations. Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
