Key Responsibilities Co-ordinate facilities maintenance and upgrades. Assist in the Preparation of the weekly facilities schedule. Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other site building services and systems. Defining the scope of the job for a RAPTW and using this scope to request permits in an electronic permit system. Guarantee quality of completed Facilities jobs and return to service. Suggest improvements to prevent recurring issues. Ensure that contractors are provided with information and equipment to enable them to operate in accordance with Quality, Health, Environment and Safety guidelines and instructions and do so.
