Lead Specialist GES PSC-Contractor GES P&SC is a Shared Service Center which offers Purchase to Pay services to many dsm-firmenich components. The goal is to provide effective, efficient, and customer-oriented service delivery, based on a one-year Service Agreement. Service delivery incorporates accounts payable accounting, operational purchasing and expense claims. Your Key Responsibilities Process invoices with or without purchase orders, ensuring completeness, accuracy, proper account assignment, and VAT compliance. Match and verify invoices against purchase orders across ERP systems, mainly SAP. Handle employee reimbursements and post all relevant transactions in SAP. Resolve vendor issues and clear blocked invoices (e.g., MRBR), while coordinating timely payment processing. Support continuous improvement in the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process by identifying and addressing structural issues. You Bring 4-6 years of accounts payable experience in a production and B2B environment, with strong AP administration background. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Controlling, or Commerce. Very strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial principles (essential). Advanced SAP expertise, especially in Accounts Payable modules (essential). Good proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for AP reporting and analysis. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
