You'll partner closely with Fine Fragrance perfumers, bringing consumer insights, creative inspiration, and strategic thinking to every brief. With your growth mindset, leadership, and expertise in Fine Fragrance evaluation, you'll guide olfactive strategy, lead client presentations, and influence key decisions. Technical knowledge, along with experience translating fragrances into line extensions and ancillary categories, is a strong plus. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $100,000-$135,000. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
