What you'll do
- Source and hire experienced technical talent in trading, brokerage, clearing, or market infrastructure
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process to meet hiring goals, including sourcing and identifying trends
- Establish consultative relationships with across teams, developing a deep understanding of their goals
- Partner with Hiring Managers to develop effective candidate assessment frameworks
- Facilitate disciplined interview loops and leading calibration discussions
- Drive the offer process, including preparing offer packets, presenting offers, and negotiating
- Track and analyze metrics to provide data-driven insights to partners across DriveWealth
