Purpose of the role:
We are looking for people who are excellent at problem solving, are super ambitious and at the same time, enjoy the excitement and unpredictability of working in a startup environment. You will be primarily responsible for analysing and coordinating the supply chain of our business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The candidate will be required to design and implement processes and effectively to utilize the technicians and ensure to get maximum productivity.
Manage and drive staffing plans, cost analysis, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, projects and other change initiatives as required.
Motivate and lead a team of high performing service partners in a demanding and time sensitive environment

What you'll do
- The Fleet Controller will design and implement processes to maximize technician productivity and manage staffing plans and cost analysis. They will also audit workforce performance and enforce policies while providing management with performance reports.
