We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Graveyard Bellman / Night Shuttle Attendant to join our overnight team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and providing excellent guest service during late-night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate the hotel shuttle to and from the airport as scheduled and on call
Assist guests with luggage, room needs, and service requests overnight
Respond to guest room calls and address basic concerns promptly and professionally
Perform overnight security duties, including walking hallways and exterior perimeter checks
Clean and maintain common areas to hotel standards
Clean the kitchen, restaurant, and casino areas after closing
Perform basic cleaning and light maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills (a must)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work overnight hours independently and responsibly
Comfortable walking, standing, lifting, and being active throughout the shift
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Prior hotel, security, or shuttle driving experience is a plus but not required
