The Dream Job

We’re looking for an R&D Strategic Communications Lead who can translate complex technical concepts into engaging, accessible stories for a range of audiences, including the CEO. This role sits at the intersection of R&D, design, and marketing, and plays a critical part in shaping how our technology is understood, adopted, and trusted. 

You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, Data Scantiest, and business stakeholders to craft narratives that explain what we’re building, why it matters, and how it works without losing accuracy or clarity. 

The Dream-Maker Responsibilities

• Transform complex technical concepts into clear, compelling stories for technical and non-technical audiences 
• Create content such as product narratives, technical blog posts, whitepapers, demos, presentations, and documentation 
• Partner with engineering and product teams to deeply understand systems, architecture, and workflows 
• Develop end-to-end narratives that connect customer problems, technical solutions, and business value 
• Support launches by crafting messaging, visuals, and storytelling assets 
• Ensure technical accuracy while maintaining clarity, simplicity, and engagement 
• Adapt tone and depth based on audience (developers, executives, customers, partners) 
• Contribute to a consistent voice and storytelling framework across the company

• Strong ability to understand and explain technical systems  
• Excellent storytelling capabilities  
• Experience working closely with engineers or technical teams 
• Proven ability to simplify complex ideas without oversimplifying 
• Experience creating technical content for diverse audiences 
• Ability to use diagrams, visuals, or storytelling frameworks to support narratives 
• Experience in developer advocacy, technical writing, product marketing, or solutions engineering- Advantage 
• Familiarity with SaaS products, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML systems - Advantage
