Responsibilities


  • Supervise the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve all warehousing standards and defined outcomes for its responsibility area/shift approach.

  • Assist the Operations Supervisor in overseeing the process flow and controls of warehouse operations including the Pick and Pack, Expedite and Shipping operations. To ensure as well Outbound operation is aligned to our company standard and customers’ standard.

  • Maintain and build good and strong relationship with the customer putting DSC on their mind as their first choice logistics provider, employer of choice and investment of choice

  • Have clear understanding of Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your role and to your team  

  • work with Supervisors in solving issues pertaining to client's Shipping Process (Putaway, Pick and Pack, Expedite and Shipping)

  • Provides operations support to other team in needed in the organization

  • Work cooperatively with Contract and Operations Manager, Operation Excellence officer, Supervisors, and other members of DSC quality and clients quality personnel for effective alignment, executions and implementations of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions

  • Responds promptly to internal and external customers queries and resolves any issues immediately and professionally

  • Builds smooth and strong relationships with client by means of open communications and feedback methodology


 

Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others), Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Preferably Team Leader / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

  • Full-Time position(s) available.
