About this role
Deine Aufgaben
- Du betreust das Kundensystem (Basis: SAP) und sorgst dafür, dass alles rundläuft.
- Du bearbeitest offene Vorgänge und kümmerst dich um einen störungsfreien Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft.
- Du erweiterst Zugriffe und unterstützt Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei systembezogenen Fragen.
- Du achtest darauf, dass Arbeitsanweisungen eingehalten werden und das Qualitätssystem stabil bleibt.
- Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Bereich gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben – damit wir Kundenanforderungen zuverlässig erfüllen können.
Das bringst du mit
- Einen Schulabschluss und eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder erste relevante Berufserfahrung.
- Organisationstalent – du behältst auch bei vielen Aufgaben den Überblick.
- Grundlegende IT‑Kenntnisse (z. B. MS Office, idealerweise EWM) und eine hohe IT‑Affinität.
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und hast Freude daran, andere zu unterstützen.
- Bereitschaft die Position im Schichtbetrieb auszufüllen, 5:45-22:45 Uhr
