DP World are seeking HSEQ Launch Trainers for our contract logistics operations across Europe. In these roles you will execute trainings in the Quality and HSE processes for each site including operational training requirements and standards in existing and new business in accordance with the company standards.

These roles will involve travel across Europe with frequent travel to sites. Candidates will be considered from anywhere across Europe. You must have willingness to travel Europe wide when necessary

About the role

• Supports the establishment of a structured local Training standards during the Launch Phase, ensuring that all training processes, governance frameworks, and standards are embedded from the outset.
• Effectively deliver company standards regarding operation of MHE 
• Participates in employee training related to HSEQ based on company standards
• Deliver training during the onboarding process for new employees in Launch phase regarding QHSE standards
• Provides cover and support to the Supervising Manager in respect of all HSEQ trainings or retraining’s during Launch phase
• Liaises with all departments of the company and ensures smooth cooperation
• Cooperates in the training and development of senior staff and management 
• Provides advice and service to management on training and education 
• Supports and collaborates with the HR department
• Processes training documentation and collaborates in the training of employees as well as in the preparation of new employees for their work ensure HSEQ standards are achieved
• May be deployed to support regional training activities as required, ensuring flexibility to contribute to training delivery across the wider business.
• Ensure all training delivered is consistent with DP World’s training standards and frameworks, supporting the development of high-quality, standardised training across the region

Your Key Skills:

• Excellent operational experience of 5 years + working in a logistics, automotive industry or Ports & Terminals environment working conducting training activities 
• Expert knowledge and application of SOP's or SSOW
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic quality standards, HSE standards, 5S etc. 
• Training or Teaching qualification preferred 
• Proven knowledge of HSE and Quality standards 
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
• Train the Trainer qualification preferred
• Experience in the logistics, automotive industry or Ports & Terminals;
