Job Purpose:
This role is crucial in driving consistency across sites, regions, and routes to market. The ideal candidate will measure and apply best practices to enhance performance and uphold high standards for our global customers and will be the first escalation path for the global customer Supply chain team.
The person must be strategic, results-driven and visionary to drive standardization, performance improvement and innovation across our logistics network. The role will ensure operational consistency, support the growth, comply with all the Quality and health and safety global standards policies across regions, enhances supply chain efficiency, and supports scalable, high-quality service delivery for our global customer base.
As a cross-functional leader, you will align people, processes, and technologies to enable supply chain solutions that are efficient, cost-effective, and growth-oriented—while continuously raising the bar in service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial returns.
Key Accountabilities:
Drive consistency in operational approaches across multiple sites and regions by building relationships with Global/Regional Operations leaders both internally & externally
Implement and measure best practices to ensure optimal performance.
Analyze and improve overall performance by identifying gaps and applying solutions toward the profitability of the customers.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Support to build and meet the annual budget per customer both in Revenue and EBIT.
Support the growth with the global customers and other new logos by collaborating closely with the account management team and the Vertical leaders.
Provide strategic direction, governance, and accountability in RFQs and Renewals
Lead transformation and automation initiatives aligned with customer strategy.
Develop tailored and consistent solutions based on profile, volume, and region.
Standardize the solutions, as much as possible, to make sure we reduce the complexity as well as improve the buying power and productivity globally.
Qualifications, experience and Skills:
Proven experience in operations management for multiple customers in different Verticals.
Proven track record of delivering operational transformation, cost reductions, and profit improvement.
Deep understanding of logistics models (e.g., warehousing, transportation, fulfillment) and enabling technologies (WMS, TMS, ERP).
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a truly multinational and multicultural environment.
