About this role
Aufgabe
- Transportplanung: Erstellung und Optimierung von Transportplänen für Container per Binnenschiff und Bahn unter Berücksichtigung von Kundenanforderungen, Kapazitäten und Kosten.
- Ressourcenmanagement: Koordination und Disposition von Transportmitteln in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern; Optimierung von Routen und Kapazitäten.
- Kommunikation & Koordination: Enge Abstimmung mit Customer Service und Terminaloperationen; proaktive Kommunikation mit Dienstleistern.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Überwachung von Transporten, Erstellung von Berichten zu Auslastung, Zeiten und Kosten; Analyse von Abweichungen.
- Problemmanagement: Schnelle Identifikation und Lösung von Problemen wie Verzögerungen oder Ausfällen.
- Prozessoptimierung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen zur Effizienzsteigerung und Nachhaltigkeit (z. B. CO₂-Reduktion).
Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition, Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Ein Studium im Bereich Logistik, Transportmanagement oder Supply Chain Management ist von Vorteil.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Planung und Koordination von Transporten, idealerweise im Bereich Binnenschifffahrt und Schienentransport.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Transportmanagement-Systemen (TMS) sowie ERP-Software.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Transportprozesse im Bereich Schiene und Binnenschifffahrt.
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern.
- Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Ressourcenplanung und -disposition.
- Kenntnisse der relevanten rechtlichen und zolltechnischen Bestimmungen im Transportwesen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und branchenspezifischer Software.
