About this role

THE OPPORTUNITY 

We are searching for our newest Workforce Planning Business Partner to join Downers rapidly growing Energy & Utilities business. Forming part of the People & Culture team, you will play a crucial role in managing the transactional aspects of workforce planning, mobilisation, compliance and engagement.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity with the successful candidate being Perth based. WFH and flexible working available for the right candidate. 

ABOUT YOU

This opportunity would suit a highly organised, proactive and customer-oriented individual seeking to advance their career within an essential service industry. The successful candidate will preferably have experience mobilising large amounts of personnel to site, the ability to meet set deadlines and above all an optimistic attitude. 

We are interested in hearing from those that hold the below: 

  • A background in workforce planning or administration within a fast paced, target driven, shutdown or project environment. 
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, spanning from Executives to Trade Staff.
  • The ability to work autonomously with a solution focused mindset whilst also seeking guidance from colleagues and management when required. 
  • Highly organised, detail oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving issues. 
  • The desire to work within a team environment. Our team support each other during periods of peak activity and scheduled leave.
