About this role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Engineer to join our Civil & Pavement Rehabilitation team. This role is ideally suited to a recent graduate or early‑career engineer looking to gain hands‑on experience and build a career within the road construction industry.
The role will be based at our Dandenong depot, with regular travel to regional locations to support project delivery.
What you’ll bring
You will bring a proactive mindset, strong technical foundations, and an eagerness to learn, along with:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Exposure to civil road construction, stabilisation or surfacing (highly regarded)
- Ability to work away from home in regional locations when required
- Strong planning, organising and time‑management skills
- Demonstrated capability in identifying improvement opportunities and solutions
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Enthusiasm and drive to make a meaningful contribution within a high‑performing team
