Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity
As Team Leader ISP/Mobile – Tasman, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading field delivery of telecommunications services across the Nelson/Tasman region. Reporting to the Field Manager, you’ll coordinate service technicians and contractors to ensure installations, maintenance, and small projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to agreed quality standards.
You’ll balance people leadership with hands-on coordination — managing schedules, resources, fleet, reporting, and customer relationships while ensuring service level agreements, quality KPIs, and Zero Harm expectations are consistently met. This is a leadership role suited to someone who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and delivering results through their team.
Mōu koe | About You
• Proven experience in the telecommunications industry (ISP and/or mobile networks)
• Strong people leadership and performance management capability
• Confident in scheduling, resource planning, and job coordination
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Sound project management and reporting experience, including as-builts and documentation
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and managing multiple priorities
