What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Responsible for undertaking electrical maintenance, repair and inspection tasks to ensure the safe and compliant operation of electrical systems and equipment across the base. 
• Deliver high quality trade services, maintain WHS and environmental compliance, and work collaboratively with other trades and service providers to support PAS delivery
• Provide responsive and professional trade services to internal and external stakeholders
• Focusing on improving the longevity of fixed plant & equipment
• Maintain clear, professional communication regarding works and outcomes

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate III in Electrotechnology
• Unrestricted Electrical Licence NSW 
• Electrical Testing and Tagging Certificate and White Card (desirable)
• Current Open Drivers Licence
• Post-trade experience in facilities or electrical maintenance and experience in electrical systems inspection, repair and preventative maintenance
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship is mandatory).
