The Opportunity

Downer’s Energy & Utilities business is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Skilltech team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations and general administration requirements of the contract, ensuring a professional and efficient service to all stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and contributing to the success of a collaborative team.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an adaptable and proactive individual with:

  • Experience working within a coordination or administrative position. 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and in a close team environment.
  • Competence in PC use and data entry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting day-to-day contract operations and data entry.
  • Maintaining office management systems and requisitioning supplies.
  • Providing team/training assistance as required.
  • Communicating constructively with team members, customers, and clients.
  • Identifying and communicating opportunities for process improvement.
