About this role
We're on the lookout for a motivated and hands on individual to join our Road Stabilisation Crew in Dandenong. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience across a variety of machinery and be part of a supportive, high performing team. As a Stabilisation Crew Member, you’ll have the chance to learn and operate a wide range of mobile plant equipment such as rollers, stabilisers and spreaders. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop into a well rounded operator with opportunities to take the next step in their career. The role is based in Dandenong south and requires regular travel including time spent away from home.
About you
- Minimum HR Truck License
- Current General Construction Induction card
- Previous experience in Road Construction or Earthmoving (highly regarded)
- Willing to operate various machinery and assist with labouring work
- A strong team player with the proven ability to work efficiently with others
- A strong commitment to a Zero Harm culture
- The ability to work regional and interstate for periods of time as required
