Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity
Our Energy and Utilities business is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team based in Palmerston North. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will work across the North Island on the Transpower network leading our Foundations Team. You will be active and engaged tam leader, operating plant and undertaking civil construction and maintenance on the Transmission Tower Foundations.
You will be an experienced civil labourer/ plant operator with strong leadership skills. Training and qualifications within the Electricity Transmission industry will be provided.

- Previous work experience in civil construction is essential, ideally in a leadership role
- Current Class 1 and WTR driver’s licence (and Class 2/4 preferred)
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Physical stamina to carry out manual work, often in trying conditions
