Mission
DoorLoop is hiring a Senior Product Manager at DoorLoop, you'll own the full product lifecycle of our features, including our Accounting, mobile app, payment systems, and communication tools. You'll lead product initiatives and strategic partner integrations from discovery through launch, working closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams, ultimately having a direct impact on DoorLoop’s revenue streams. This role combines consumer product thinking and marketplace expertise to create experiences that serve both tenants and property managers. Your vision and execution will shape the future of our platform and drive significant impact for property management companies worldwide.
Responsibilities
- You'll own the full product lifecycle of our tenant-facing features, including our Tenant Portal, mobile app, payment systems, and communication tools.
- You'll lead product initiatives and strategic partner integrations from discovery through launch, working closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams, ultimately having a direct impact on DoorLoop’s revenue streams
- Your vision and execution will shape the future of our platform and drive significant impact for property management companies worldwide.
- To combine consumer product thinking and marketplace expertise to create experiences that serve both tenants and property managers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with financial products
- Background in accounting or bookkeeping
- Deep understanding of mobile-first consumer UX with proven ability to translate insights into product experiences, including skilled wire-framing and workflow design.
- Strong data analysis mindset with expertise in analyzing user behavior, product funnels, and evaluating metrics to drive informed decisions and communicate impact.
- Experience conducting comprehensive user research through customer interviews, usability testing, and support team collaboration.
- Self-starter with proven ability to manage complex projects and drive results, particularly in cross-functional teams across US and Israel.
- Proven ability to create strategic product roadmaps based on a holistic understanding of user problems, market opportunities, and business objectives.
- Highly receptive to feedback with a growth mindset, demonstrating enthusiasm for continuous learning and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in creating or working with accounting products
- Experience in property management or the real estate industry.
