About the Team
The In-Store Revenue Operations team at DoorDash is responsible for helping drive revenue growth through effective and efficient sales processes, systems, and analytics. The team handles strategy, planning, metrics reporting and analytics while fostering strong relationships with Revenue leadership. We work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Strategy & Operations teams to drive alignment across all revenue operations.
About the Role
As an Associate Manager, GTM Planning, you will support the revenue organization with both analytical and strategic needs. You will help support the operations of our Sales team, drive sales compliance and help with sales planning and comp. This role will be a highly-visible position to collaborate across the company to help create strategies influencing our sales team.
You will report to the Manager, Revenue Operations on our Revenue Operations Team in our In-Store organization.

- Provide insights and analytics and reporting for the Revenue organization, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, and funnel metrics across all lead sources.
- Build and maintain all dashboards to help track team success
- Identify gaps in our processes and help maintain compliance
- Support quota design, targets, headcount planning, budgets and development with a focus on data modeling
- Work with our Data Team to ensure data integrity is maintained by instilling data quality standards across all data related activities
- Analyze the prospect to customer funnel to find bottlenecks in process and increase funnel velocity
- Partner closely with the Salesforce Systems Team to develop workflows in Salesforce and other operational tools to ensure support for sales productivity, reporting, and dashboards

Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

See below for paid time off details:
- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
