Role Responsibilities 

• Plan manufacturing orders to optimize production flow, balance inventory levels, and ensure high customer service performance 
• Optimize and maintain ordering rules (lead times, order quantities, safety stock, etc.) to maintain inventory at agreed levels 
• Plan and manage transportation activities, reviewing requirements and ensuring cost-effective order placement 
• Ensure accurate maintenance of PPC data (purchase orders, S1s, stock levels, etc.) 
• Ensure all processes are carried out in accordance with the company’s Integrated Management System 
• Ensure timely and proper supply of components to Production through warehouse operations, including pre-production and sub-assembled parts 

  
Minimum Qualifications 

• Business Academy or other secondary (high school) education 
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-related or logistics-related position 

  
Preferred Qualifications 

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Advanced level of English 
• German language skills are an advantage 
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems)
