Printing Press Operator - 2nd shift-

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Set-up and run press to meet job specifications
• Ensure set-up meets specifications
• Operate press at most efficient speed with consideration of all safety requirements
• Perform minor machine repairs as needed
• Monitor print quality and make needed adjustments
• Perform daily housekeeping in and around press machinery
• Fill out daily production reports

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Superior teamwork skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to train others
• Good knowledge of math and ruler reading

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous printing press machine operation 

 

 

You will be required to successfully complete a selection process that could include interviews, an employment background check, a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen, reference verifications, aptitude tests (for some positions), and a fitness-for-duty test (for some positions).
