As a Reliability & Maintenance Specialist at Dolese, you will support the performance, reliability, and safety of plant assets through the implementation of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies. This role is a hands-on contributor that partners closely with Reliability & Maintenance teams, Operations, and Engineering to improve equipment uptime and maintenance effectiveness across multiple sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Support the development and implementation of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs at plant sites.
Support root cause failure analyses (RCFA) efforts by gathering data, preparing documentation, and participating in cross-functional teams to identify recurring equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
Conduct and support condition monitoring programs including, but not limited to: vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication, and ultrasonic testing; document results and communicate findings to maintenance teams.
Partner with site maintenance teams to standardize preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) schedules.
Apply technical knowledge of rotating equipment, electrical systems, hydraulics, and instrumentation to support troubleshooting and maintenance planning efforts.
Support reliability improvement initiatives using KPI tracking (MTBF, MTTR, OEE, etc.).
Participate in process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Contribute to capital and major maintenance projects by providing maintenance data, historical equipment insights, and input into reliability-related considerations.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and technology teams to help maintain accuracy of maintenance data within CMMS and other enterprise systems.
Provide guidance and support for maintenance personnel on reliability practices and technologies.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.
Perform all other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree AND a minimum of five (5) years of industrial maintenance and reliability experience in manufacturing, mining, or heavy industry, specific to RCM/TPM roles, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools required.
Demonstrated experience with CMMS (e.g., MaintainX, SAP, or similar) and data-driven maintenance decision-making.
Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent certification preferred. Ability and willingness to obtain within one year of employment if not currently certified.
Experience supporting capital project and major maintenance projects (data gathering, documentation, reliability input) preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
Manufacturing automation experience preferred.
Statistical process control knowledge preferred.
5S implementation knowledge preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Working knowledge in predictive maintenance technologies and reliability methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret maintenance and performance data.
Ability to participate in and influence cross-functional project teams and drive change in maintenance culture.
Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
Excellent communication, planning, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across geographically dispersed facilities.
Willingness to travel to plant sites as required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift, push, or pull objects up to 30 lbs.
Ability to perform work in both industrial and office environments.
Ability to stand, walk, climb, and access elevated platforms as required.
Ability to communicate clearly, see, and hear to perform job duties safely.
