Your Responsibilities

Join us as Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) and take full ownership of our SaaS Marketplace and Developer Ecosystem. You’ll drive vision, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, building outstanding solutions that empower our partners and users. Your responsibilities will include:

  • You drive the entire product lifecycle of our SaaS Marketplace and Developer Ecosystem, from vision and business model to roadmap and KPIs.
  • You define success metrics and ensure everything aligns with company goals.
  • You shape and communicate how partners contribute to our marketplace, and define terms of service, legal compliance, and revenue sharing models for partner applications.
  • You streamline and own the third-party app approval and onboarding process.
  • You own and prioritize the roadmap for the SDK and developer portal, working closely with engineering and architecture.
  • You design and execute initiatives to build and grow an active developer community, including onboarding, forums, and monetization strategies.
  • You ensure our SDK and tools empower developers to create top-quality marketplace integrations.
  • You set and enforce quality, security, and lifecycle standards for all marketplace apps, including review, certification, and deprecation processes.


What you need to succeed

  • You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
  • You have significant experience in product management within SaaS, enterprise software, or the tech sector.
  • You are skilled in agile product development and thrive in cross-functional collaboration, aligning diverse teams and competing perspectives through excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • You have successfully taken products from concept to launch, with a strong focus on user engagement and retention.
  • You excel at strategic prioritization, portfolio decision-making, and leverage customer and problem discovery frameworks to shape product direction.
  • You understand marketplace dynamics, partner models, and how to build and engage developer ecosystems.
  • You have hands-on experience with SDKs, APIs, iPaaS, and third-party integrations, with a strong focus on security and compliance.
  • You make data-driven decisions, solve problems analytically and creatively, and pay strong attention to detail.
  • You are experienced in legal terms, licensing, and revenue-sharing models.
  • You have worked in growth-focused teams and helped drive a product-led organization.
  • You are familiar with OKRs and use them to align teams and measure success.
  • You are passionate about technology and industry trends, inspiring others through your leadership.
  • You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
