What you'll do



As the Tech Learning Training Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting the product and engineering organization by enabling high-quality, scalable technical learning experiences across Docusign’s engineering community worldwide. You will support engineering-wide tech learning deliverables, including onboarding, upskilling, and ongoing enablement programs that help engineers build skills aligned to our engineering priorities. You will play a key role in ensuring that technical learning programs, operations, and processes run efficiently and effectively in support of engineering teams. We are looking for someone who is passionate about emerging technologies, understands the needs of engineering organizations, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

 

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Technical Learning Director.

 

Responsibility

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and functional leaders to deliver operational support that enables engineers across Docusign’s global hubs to be successful
  • Schedule engineering tech learning sessions, workshops, bootcamps, and fireside chats, including room reservations and calendar invitations

  • Manage logistics for in-person and virtual sessions, including rooms, calendars, materials, and supplies

  • Prepare training materials and supplies—handouts, presentation equipment (in-class and virtual), catering—to support in-person and virtual engineering sessions

  • Coordinate with internal engineering facilitators and external trainers to to support smooth program delivery across Docusign engineering hubs
  • ​Own the intake and coordination process for technical learning requests and inquiries
  • Manage calendars, registrations, and attendance tracking for engineering learning programs

  • Organize, version-control, and maintain shared learning documentation and templates

  • Track expenses, support budget activities, and process purchase orders related to technical learning

  • Support both in-person and virtual learning experiences across multiple engineering locations
  • ​Support special projects that strengthen technical enablement and help scale learning programs across the engineering teams globally
  • Identify opportunities to streamline coordination, improve processes, and enhance the efficiency and consistency of technical learning operations in coordination with the engineering business operations team

  • Contribute to the development of future-facing, scalable playbooks and execution standards for engineering learning programs, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across Docusign’s global engineering hubs

  • Apply best practices and lessons learned to improve program delivery, operational readiness, and overall learner experience over time



Job Designation



Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring



Basic

  • A University degree or equivalent years of experience in human resources, education, or related field

  • 1+ years of related experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Experience with Google Suite

  • English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking)

  • Project management experience with ability to manage multiple deadlines, deliverables, and stakeholder requests simultaneously

Preferred

  • A positive and professional demeanor, with a service-oriented approach to helping others

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Prior administrative or training logistic experience, preferably within an HR or L&D department

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality
