What you'll do



As a Sr. Tech Learning Program Specialist, you will play a critical role in planning, launching, and executing technical learning programs at Docusign’s India Development Center. You will support the engineering community and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality learning experience for new hires and current teams. By partnering with functional leads, you will drive engineering onboarding and technical enablement programs aligned with business and engineering priorities. The role requires proactively identifying opportunities to improve, automate, or use AI-assisted tasks while translating complex technical concepts into engaging experiences. This is an individual contributor role based in Bangalore, reporting directly to the Technical Learning Director.

Responsibility

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of technical learning programs—from ideation and scoping to launch, scale, and continuous improvement

  • Design and embed practical tech enablement aligned with Docusign’s multi-cloud strategy, AI-assisted software development, and Docusign product learning support

  • Architect learner journeys and role-based pathways grounded in real engineering use cases, personas, and metrics aligned to engineering personas and business priorities

  • Assist in creating exercises, labs, quizzes,  and scalable self-service learning assets that support hands-on, applied technical skill development

  • Assist in the development of Train the Trainer programs to aid others who provide engineering onboarding and continuous learning program design and delivery

  • Collaborate with Bangalore engineering teams, AI Champions, and Multipliers groups to deliver high-quality engineering learning content across multiple formats—self-service, instructor-led, workshops, forums

  • Drive AI adoption across IDC by organizing developer forums, communities, and hands-on enablement programs. Coordinate with external industry experts for guest talks and co-create developer relations and AI enablement initiatives

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for engineering learners, guiding them through program journeys and ensuring a seamless experience

  • Respond to learner inquiries via Slack, email, and Zoom, resolving issues quickly and accurately

  • Act as a liaison between learners and stakeholder teams, communicating program updates and addressing learner feedback and concerns

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and functional leads to drive adoption of technical learning programs across the engineering organization

  • Build and nurture a network of IDC AI Champions and AI Multipliers to scale AI enablement and accelerate AI adoption

  • Collaborate with stakeholders on program scoping, success metrics, and operational plans to ensure alignment and delivery

  • Partner with our Bangalore cross-functional teams and their U.S. counterparts to assess program effectiveness and quantify impact across developer productivity, delivery velocity, collaboration, and capability growth

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders based in Bangalore, supporting enterprise-wide AI and technical learning initiatives

  • Lead with data by defining and implementing impact measurement frameworks that assess learning effectiveness, engagement, and outcomes

  • Analyze feedback and engagement metrics to continuously refine and scale technical learning programs

  • Communicate insights and impact clearly to stakeholders and senior leaders and advise on the best practices
     



Job Designation



Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring



Basic

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Education, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Enablement, Developer Experience, Tech Talent Strategy, Skill-Based Workforce Transformation, Digital Skills Enablement, or similar roles

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technical enablement initiatives

  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into measurable business outcomes and communicate effectively with executive, technical, and non-technical stakeholders
     

Preferred

  • Foundational understanding of cloud platforms, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure, Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML), and modern software development principles and practices

  • Foundational understanding of AI-assisted coding, Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) principles, including their practical application in enterprise-scale systems and workflows

  • Project management certification
