These range from quickly making appointments to see a doctor online on the TeleClinic telemedicine platform to pharmaceutical advice and the supply of prescription and over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products from Germany's best-known online pharmacy.

Our current Workday team consists of colleagues from different backgrounds, and we are looking for a communicative, English-speaking personality with technical understanding who can bridge the gap between our users and their requirements and the technical configuration of the system.
Tasks
You will work in our team on the further development and optimisation of the group-wide HCM solution Workday: with focus on Recruitment, Learning,Talent and/or Time Tracking and Absence modules.
You will have a clear vision and be actively involved in creating the roadmap in line with the company's goals.
You will design and optimise HR processes in Workday and take care of the configuration.
You will support our HR colleagues in using Workday (support, training, documentation).
You will create and maintain the backlog with prioritised user stories for the team to work on
You will create MVPs, optimise them and carry out testing together with stakeholders and our external partner
Strengths
You have a degree or vocational training in the digital field.
You already have experience in HR and are familiar with the Workday HCM Suite.
You have analytical thinking skills, are quick on the uptake and have an independent and flexible approach to work.
You have a keen sense of data protection, information security and confidentiality.
You enjoy agile working and are familiar with Scrum, product ownership and common tools such as Jira.
Fluency in English is a must; another language such as German, Dutch or Spanish would be an advantage.

What you'll do
- The specialist will focus on the development and optimization of the group-wide Workday HCM solution, specifically within modules like Recruitment, Learning, Talent, and Time Tracking/Absence. Key tasks include designing and configuring HR processes in Workday, supporting HR colleagues, and managing the prioritized backlog of user stories.
