Responsibilities:

• Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space and parking lot.
• Complete non-routine cleaning as directed.
• Remove garbage and recycling daily.
• Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
• Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped.
• Troubleshoot issues as necessary.   
• Adhere to food safety compliance, HACCP regulations, and FDA regulations.  
• Responsible for adherence to Personnel Practices (GMP’s) and Processing Practices within the scope of the position.  
• Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as assigned by the supervisor to support daily operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant or similar experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and self-organized
• Ability to manage through a substantial workload.
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
