Stellenbeschreibung
- Berufserfahrung in der japanischen / thailändischen oder südostasiatischen Küche und in der Zubereitung von traditionellen asiatischen Speisen und Gerichten
- Produkt- und Warenkenntnisse der japanischen Küche
- Idealerweise abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch / Köchin
- Erfahrung als Chef de partie / Postenchef / Beikoch / Sushikoch / Teppanyaki Chef / Souschef in asiatischen Restaurants oder auch gerne Catering
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- Gute Deutsch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse

- Unterstützung im Airline Catering
- Erstellung von hochwertigsten Speisen entsprechend der vorgegebenen Rezepturen
- Unterstützung des Küchenpersonals
- Vorbereitung und Ausgabe der Speisen an unseren Buffets, Küchen und Live Cooking Stationen
- Umsetzung und Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards und der Vorgaben nach HACCP
