Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning and sanitizing of workstations, including trash removal, sweeping debris, and mopping.
• Clean non-foods contact surfaces such as floors, drains, walls, windows, offices, bathrooms, uniform rooms, cafeterias, product storage racks, coolers, freezers, warehouses, waste-controlled areas, and trash cans.
• Carry out daily cleaning functions across both production and non-production areas as needed.
• Maintain hygiene standards in all welfare areas (cafeteria, bathrooms, locker rooms, staircases, elevators, etc.) and ensure supplies are sufficiently stocked.
• Sort, count, and organize cleaning chemicals and janitorial supplies within the chemical cage, and distribute them to designated cleaning areas. Maintain cleaning tools in proper condition.
• Ensure all drains remain covered, clean, and free from debris or food accumulation.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations in accordance with Standard Sanitation Operational Procedures (SSOP). Report any issues related to the food safety management system to the manager and hygiene/food safety team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Janitor, and professional Cleaner (preferred).
• Knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety standards, and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
• Proactive and self-organized with the ability to manage a substantial workload.
• Strong time management skills; capable of completing tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physically capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pulling, or pushing items as required.
• Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
